To ensure your order arrives on time, if you are ordering a Ready Made Product please allow 4 weeks' notice for order to successfully process and receive your order. Note: you require shipping or postal services for your order; we charge the costs to pay external shipping companies to send your order. Lalelei Sister‘ is NOT responsible for any additional shipping costs. We hold no responsibility for costs, damages or time withheld of your parcel, postage or shipping.

Exchange Policy
REFUNDS & RETURN policy: Refunds will be accepted only in circumstances of damage of garments or incorrect details created by the fault of Lalelei. Our services specialise in custom made, printed and made to order clothing and do not offer refunds. We do not offer refunds for the following reasons; If measurements by third party are incorrect (resulting in garments that do not fit) If shipping company does not fulfil their duty with on time postage (delayed shipping) With change of mind of your selected garments after order is made Misinterpretation and assumption of different colour/shade or fit If garment has been worn garment is not returned in original condition
